Test reminder
RFSL Jämtland Härjedalen offers a free test reminder via SMS!
For those of you who are men and have sex with other men or for those of you who are transgender, RFSL’s testing reminder is available. It is an SMS service where you can receive a reminder by SMS when it is time to test yourself for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases. You can choose to receive the reminder every 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on your testing needs.
The service is free and anonymous. We will not use your phone number for anything other than these reminders.
How do I register?
You text TRE, SEX or TOLV, to the number 71111, depending on how many months you want to pass between reminders(TRE=three months, SEX=six months, TOLV=twelve months).
How do I unregister?
You text RFSLSTOPP to 71111
